A fun, high-energy camp combining gymnastics, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Campers build balance, coordination, confidence and foundational skills through coached activities, guided drills and games.
Each day includes warm-ups, activity rotations, snack breaks, lunch and supervised pickup. Athletes train in appropriate groups based on age, size and experience.

Does my child need experience?
No experience is needed. All experience levels are welcome, and athletes train in appropriate groups based on age, size and experience.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing, a labelled water bottle and snacks. Lunch is included. Additional instructions will be provided before camp.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Lunch is included for all camp days.
Is extended care included?
No. The listed prices cover 9 AM–4 PM. Any extended-care option will be advertised separately if offered.
Can siblings share a VIP pass?
No. Register each child individually.
Do VIP families need to book each date again?
No. Your pass reserves all included dates. Please notify us if your child will be absent.
What is the cancellation policy?
